  • Designed for seasoned well drillers, skilled plumbers, and qualified electricians exclusively, given the intricate installation process of the ozone unit. It involves a controlled 110VAC switched outlet, activating and deactivating with water flow. An optional flow switch-controlled kit is also offered.

Standard 40/60 well system setup illustrated below. Following the ozone unit, water flows into a contact tank and a pressurized well storage tank, before undergoing filtration via a backwash filter system. The treated water is then directed for distribution.

Install the Mazzei Injector Assembly before the atmospheric tank as per the diagram. Use the ball valve to divert water flow through the injector, maintaining a 10-20 PSI differential during tank filling. If pressure exceeds 100 PSI, cease operations and seek assistance from customer support. Install a pressure relief valve to prevent plumbing and component over-pressurization.
