- Designed for seasoned well drillers, skilled plumbers, and qualified electricians exclusively, given the intricate installation process of the ozone unit. It involves a controlled 110VAC switched outlet, activating and deactivating with water flow. An optional flow switch-controlled kit is also offered.
- This system can effectively treat contaminant levels of approximately 10 parts per million (PPM) of iron, 1 PPM of manganese, and 5 PPM of hydrogen sulfide (H2S).
- PCS Corona Discharge Ozone Output: 220-440 mg/hr (High & Low settings).
- Color changing desiccant filter; Blue (Dry) to Yellow (Wet).
- Engineered to be compatible with the majority of conventional well systems, whether equipped with a pressure tank or an atmospheric tank. However, it is important to note that this design is not intended for use with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) or CSV (Cycle Stop Valves) systems.

Standard 40/60 well system setup illustrated below. Following the ozone unit, water flows into a contact tank and a pressurized well storage tank, before undergoing filtration via a backwash filter system. The treated water is then directed for distribution.

Install the Mazzei Injector Assembly before the atmospheric tank as per the diagram. Use the ball valve to divert water flow through the injector, maintaining a 10-20 PSI differential during tank filling. If pressure exceeds 100 PSI, cease operations and seek assistance from customer support. Install a pressure relief valve to prevent plumbing and component over-pressurization.
