The IOZ-10K10K system is a cutting-edge device engineered for ozone production. It employs Pulse Corona Discharge (PCD) technology, where high-voltage, low-current electrical arcs pass through an air space.
This process splits oxygen (O2) molecules, creating "free" oxygen atoms that rapidly bind with intact O2 molecules, forming ozone (O3). This extra oxygen atom grants ozone its powerful oxidation properties. The IOZ-10K10K system delivers an ozone output of approximately 440mg/hr.
Effective corona discharge necessitates clean, dry air. To ensure this, the system incorporates an automated desiccant system that dries the air and recharges autonomously.
